Past Retreats

From the dark ages to the reformation. The Protestant reformers were ignited to start a movement that would change the world. Prompted by faith over fear, they were inspired to shine brightly and witness to others. 

At this retreat, we’re going to dig deep to uncover the truth behind what made these people so bold and determined for their faith. We’ll cover from the dark ages to current events, and get a glimpse of Isaiah 60:1-2.

As youth today, sometimes we’re all so focused on the then and now. Decisions and regrets from the past, stress, and the worries of life all cloud our minds.

But we should often remind ourselves that we have something to look forward to in the near future. We can see it, just on the horizon. The holy city, and the new Jerusalem!

At this retreat, we are seeking to outline the many different types of 

love, and how they all point back to our creator, Christ, and aim 

to identify what real love is, as we look to fulfill the words of Jesus 

when He said:

“This is my command; that you love one another.”

There is a shelter provided we can hide in without fear, a rock to ground us when the world around us is in the verge of falling apart. Join us as we seek how to stand strong on the only Rock we can safely trust in.
